Do you need a visa for Jamaica?
Visa requirements are nationality-specific and can also depend on the travel document, purpose of visit and intended length of stay. PICA maintains the country-by-country table travelers should use for the current answer.

Yellow-fever vaccination may be required for some itineraries
Jamaica’s yellow-fever requirement is driven by recent travel and transit history, not simply by the nationality printed in a passport.
The Ministry of Health & Wellness says travelers older than one year arriving from a country with yellow-fever transmission risk, and travelers who transit through a risk country for more than 12 hours, must show proof of vaccination before entering Jamaica. The Ministry also advises travelers who need the vaccine to receive it at least 10 days before travel.

Customs: know what must be declared
The C5 declaration asks about categories that include food, plant and animal products; pharmaceuticals and biological substances; weapons and explosives; currency or monetary instruments over US$10,000 or the equivalent; goods above the traveler’s duty-free allowance; and gifts or articles intended for resale.
If you are unsure whether an item belongs in a declaration category, declare it and ask the customs officer. Do not assume that an item is exempt because it is legal or commonly carried in another country.

Jamaica Customs currently states that arriving passengers age 18 and older have a US$1,000 duty-free allowance for personal and household goods, including accompanied and unaccompanied luggage. Goods above the allowance may attract customs charges. Minors do not receive the US$1,000 allowance, although their personal items are permitted.
